The Answers You Need
WHY IS THE BAZAAR ONLINE? WILL THIS REPLACE THE PHYSICAL BAZAAR?
We opted to move to an online platform in order to give our loyal customers the means by which to purchase from the bazaar; the online popups will not replace our annual Asian Bazaar on Yokota Air Base, but rather, aims to provide an additional option for making purchases at this time.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently, we accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. In the future, we may accept PayPal.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ID TO SHOP?
Yes, purchases can only be made by SOFA-sponsored individuals with a DoD-issued military ID. A physical ID must be presented for shipment pickups and deliveries. Also, you must possess the ID to rightfully agree to the site's terms and conditions. Purchases made by non-ID card holders will be nullified.
ARE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?

HOW DO I GET MY FURNITURE OR OTHER PURCHASES?
UPDATED 3/27/2020:
Local pickup is available for small items at no charge. On-base delivery is available for a fee of $60; off-base delivery is available dependent upon location and accessibility. Vendor delivery is available on select items from select vendors. Message us HERE for approval and quote before electing vendor delivery. Select vendors will deliver to Atsugi, Yokosuka, or Camp Zama and Yokota for a fee, or no fee. Check individual delivery disclaimers on each item to confirm delivery options.
On-base delivery charges fulfilled by the YSC are waived for purchases of $4,000 or more.
We cannot mail items at this time.
By completing the sale, you are agreeing to be present at the agreed-upon, scheduled pickup or delivery date/time. Refusing to be present for the delivery of the products without contact may constitute forfeiture of the items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. No refunds. If there are questions or issues, buyers will be referred to the vendor.

Buyers will be referred to the vendor for any warranty-related questions.
